Sundeep spent more than a decade originating and underwriting residential mortgages in Canada — at GE Capital, Bank of Montreal, Scotiabank, and CIBC, and later as an independent broker closing north of $50 million in annual volume. Canadian mortgage underwriting is among the most disciplined in the world: tighter debt-service ratios, mandatory stress testing, and zero tolerance for sloppy files. That’s the lens he brings to every client.

In 2025, Sundeep brought that training home to Houston and joined Matador Lending, where he now originates across the full U.S. product stack: conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, new construction, DSCR, and non-QM.
