Sundeep Talwar

Sundeep Talwar is a mortgage and real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in residential finance, development lending, and investment strategy. His background includes progressive roles at GE Capital, Bank of Montreal, Scotiabank, and CIBC, where he built expertise in underwriting, mortgage analytics, origination, and credit risk management.

He later expanded into specialized lending across prime, alternative, construction, and private capital markets, and has structured acquisition and development financing for large-scale land and residential projects. In addition to founding and managing a real-estate investment firm, Sundeep holds a real estate license in the State of Texas and remains actively engaged in high-performance residential development and investment partnerships.

Sundeep has recently renewed his focus on residential lending, driven by a commitment to helping new homeowners realize their goals and guiding clients through one of the most meaningful financial decisions of their lives.
