I have 30 years of experience in the mortgage business.  My specialty is consumer credit and was a professional mortgage credit counselor for over 10 years.  I have worked for 2 major national homebuilders for 17 years. I was an Assistant Vice President at 2 major national banks.  I have completed FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriting training.  I taught a Continuing Education course on mortgages and homebuying at Lone Star College. I have 3 years of experience in commercial real estate lending at 2 major national banks.  I have an educational YouTube channel that explains mortgages named "Music and Mortgage"
